A B2C platform for women to reduce return rates for online stores and improve shopping experience

Problem

Women face challenges like inconsistent sizing, poor fit, quality issues, and lack of body type insights, leading to high return rates and customer frustration.

Solution

Body Canvas lets users save measurements, try on clothes virtually, get styling advice, request alterations, and explore local brands - helping boost confidence and reduce returns.

Typography

Color Scheme

I used a lavender–pink gradient (#8661BE–#CF7DAF) to create a modern, feminine aesthetic that balances elegance, warmth, and creativity, appealing to fashion-forward users.

Splash and Walkthrough Screens

I designed splash and walkthrough screens to welcome new users and highlight five key features, helping them quickly understand the app’s value.

Onboarding Screens

Onboarding lets users log in via phone or social accounts, or skip and register later at checkout. Unlike iOS, Android supports flexible and third-party keyboard options.

Profile Screen

The Profile Screen stores user details to recommend outfits by body shape and style, with flexibility to create and manage multiple profiles.

Home Screen

The Home Screen acts as the central hub, featuring personalized recommendations, navigation, and highlights of the latest content and promotions.

Feature Screens

Key features are accessible via the bottom tab bar:

Community Feed – Connect with fashion enthusiasts, share styles, and get inspired.
Stream – Watch live fashion shows, tutorials, and styling tips.
Profile – Upload and manage images for a personalized experience.
Stitching Services – Access tailoring services for a perfect fit while supporting local brands.
